A few rules that keep accounts on your book.

New to Square only

Do not register merchants already processing on Square. An existing Square account cannot move to the Vivid Commerce book until it has processed elsewhere for at least three months.

High risk is welcome

Risk levels vary by merchant. High risk accounts can still board through Vivid Commerce. If you are not sure a merchant qualifies, ask before you submit.
